Keys and mouse

Every key here acts only while the mouse is over the board. Over the rest of Blender, Blender's own keys apply.

Pictures#

Key	Does
Ctrl+V	Paste a picture, screenshot, copied files or file paths
Shift+A	Add: pictures, paste, a note, a frame, a render, a snapshot
A / Alt+A	Select all / select none
X or Delete	Take the selected pictures off the board
.	Show the selected pictures
G, S, R	Move, scale, turn the selection with the mouse
X / Y during G	Move along that axis only; the same key again frees it
Ctrl during G, S, R	Snap
Shift during G, S, R	Precise: the mouse counts a tenth
Shift+D	Duplicate, then move the copies
Alt+R / Alt+S	Straighten / back to actual size
H / Alt+H	Hide the selection / show everything hidden
Ctrl+P	Optimal pack
Shift+P	Join the selection in a new frame
Alt+P	Remove the selection from its frame
Ctrl+Z	Undo
Esc, or a right-click during a drag	Cancel the drag

Key	Does
E, then a click	Pick a colour from a picture
D+drag / D+right-drag	Draw / erase on the board
F, or a double-click on a picture	Focus that picture
Home	Fit every picture
1	Back to 100%

These work only while the pencil Draw button is on and the mouse is over the board.

2 to 9	Pen, Line, Arrow, Rectangle, Ellipse, Polygon, Eraser, Highlighter
0 / -	Ruler / Guide
T	Text: click the board and type a note
Shift while dragging	Keep a line to 15° steps; a square or a circle
Alt while dragging	Draw from the middle
Enter or a right-click	End an open polygon
E, then a click	Make a picture's colour the drawing colour
Esc	Drop a drawing in progress, or go back to Select

With Draw mode off, 1 is Back to 100% and the number keys do nothing else.

Key	Does
Space	Play or pause the video under the mouse, else the selected ones; with no video, Blender's own playback
Left / Right	Step a frame (a video selected)
Shift+Left / Shift+Right	Go to the start or the end

G	Move the selected nodes
Shift+D	Another node on the same clip, sharing its trim
X or Delete	Remove the selected nodes
A / Alt+A	Select all / select none

Ctrl+V	Paste videos in as new nodes
Left-drag on empty space	Select the nodes the box touches (Shift: add)
Middle-drag	Pan
Drop a node with no wires on a wire	It joins the chain there

Action	Does
Click, Shift+click	Select, add to or take from the selection
Drag a picture	Move
Drag videos onto a stitch, letting go with Shift held	Add them to the stitch
Drag a corner handle	Scale (Alt: about the middle)
Ctrl+drag a corner handle	Crop
Drag the round handle	Turn (Ctrl: 15° steps)
Middle-drag, scroll	Pan, zoom
Right-click	The board menu
