If you need help with Pinvas, email support@oebs-studios.com or use Get support at oebs-studios.com. In the support form, choose the add-on and describe the issue.

These details help us see what you are seeing:

• Your Pinvas version (1.0.0 is the one documented here) and your Blender version.
• Whether the board was docked in the sidebar or undocked in a window, and your operating system.
• The steps you followed, what you expected and what happened, and the exact message Blender showed.
• A screenshot of the board and the Blender editor around it.
• For a picture problem, the picture's file format and whether it was imported, dropped or pasted.
• Any error text from Blender's system console. On Windows, open Window > Toggle System Console.

If you can, send a small .blend file that shows the problem.
